Maintenance Manager Rotterdam

For an international chemical company in Rotterdam I am currently looking for a Maintenance Manager.

Goal: to ensure that day-to-day maintenance activities for the site are prepared and executed within the agreed time and against agreed quality and budget to optimize the production facilities, performance and safety.

Salary: 100.000 - 120.000 + bonus + 40 holidays + good pension (2% premium contribution)

Your job:
- Accountable for the development and implementation of policies and procedures around Maintenance Execution;
- Responsible to maintain and improve management systems and to enforce the use of related policies and procedures.
- Accountable for performance management of under laying teams;
- Accountable for compliance with all local HSE/Q policies and guidelines applicable to maintenance execution;
- Accountable for management of the maintenance execution process and for the delivery of maintenance, activities within budget and agreed time against the agreed quality standards;
- Accountable for the implementation of small plant changes and assigned turnaround activities within budget and agreed time against the agreed quality standards in accordance with the procedures laid down by the projects department.

Your profile:
- Completed bachelor degree in electrical, mechanical or chemical engineering
- At least Minimum of 10 years relevant maintenance experience, preferably in an international environment;
- Experience and knowledge of maintenance engineering methods;
- Experienced in development of standards and procedures;
- People manager;
- Leadership skills, manages people around the organization;
- Team player;
- Strong communication skills on both strategic and operational level
- Dutch speaking
