A growing solutions company are seeking a Technical Support Coordinator to join their team in Hungerford. Do you have customer facing support experience? If so, then you may be the Support Coordinator we're looking for.
What will you be doing?
As a Technical Support Coordinator, you'll be responsible for handling technical support service to customers ensuring that customers/clients are well informed on the status of any problems. You'll have the ability to communicate with the development team on a regular basis with bugs/feature requests. In addition to this, you'll provide general technical support and service support documentation where necessary.
What skills/experience should you have?
- Experience with a technical product and ability to absorb new technologies and systems
- Problem solving and prioritisation skills
- Driving license and use of a car (mileage allowance will be provided)
