We're looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join a security company in Manchester. If you can demonstrate significant customer service experience then you could be the Service Desk Analyst that we're looking for.
What will you be doing?
As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll act as the first point of contact for EMS customers for system related incidents. You'll display initiative when escalating incidents and service requests to the relevant IT support teams in an efficient and effective manner. If you have the ability to provide quality and effective customer communications, then we want to hear from you.
What skills will benefit your application?

- ITIL v.3 Foundation certificate
