Progressive Recruitment are currently looking for Manager of Delivery, Support & Platform Services to join our client in the tourism industry. The role will be responsible for managing a team of 8 people across help desk and platform services. You will also manage a portfolio of 20+ small to medium size projects to make sure they are tracking as they should.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in project manager and ideally operations. You will also have extensive experience working on cloud projects including migration and integration. You will also have strong agile, devops and AWS knowledge. The client are a fast moving, quick growing company that still has a start-up mentality so this person needs to be able to add maturity to processes across multiple areas and be able to work with ambiguity.
- Bachelors degree in IT or related field
- Hands on project management experience
- Portfolio management experience
- Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and principles
- Excellent project governance & reporting skills
- Extensive cloud project experience
- Prior experience transitioning to the cloud
- AWS & devops knowledge highly desirable
- Prior experience directly managing a team of 5+
- Exec level reporting experience
- Exec stakeholder management experience
- Strong vendor management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- BI project experience
- IT Operations experience
- ITIL knowledge
