A thriving public sector organisation are looking for an IRS Assistant Team Manager to join their team in West Midlands on a 3 month contract basis. If you have the ability to manage an intimate team, then you could be the Assistant Team Manager that we're seeking.
What will you be doing?
As an Assistant Team Manager, you'll be responsible for the day to day management of a team of six social work staff. You'll display a sharp initiative when overseeing the duty allocation of work, signing off on assessments and reports and playing an active role in CP strategy discussions. You'll demonstrate meticulous attention to detail when efficiently recording monthly reflective/case supervisions within the team and will display excellent communication skills when supporting colleagues.
