About the role:
On behalf of my clients i am looking for a SuccessFactors Recruitment and On-boarding consultant for a full time 6 month contract with a strong likelihood to extend. My client is a market leader in the FMCG space and is at the forefront of an SAP implementation in Australia.
- Be a key contributor to the Recruitment & On-Boarding implementation
- Connect with stakeholders on all levels of the business
- Integrate with employee central
- Provide gap analysis and help with improvements
- 2-4 years of Recruitment & On-Boarding experience
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors
- Strong knowledge of recruitment topics
- Able to prioritise tasks and deadlines
- Strong written and communication skills
