Shift: 7am-3:30pm Monday - Friday
Work Location: 1800 NELSON ROAD Longmont Colorado USA 80501
Pay rate: $15/hour
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
-Double check product count and part number for accuracy, pack it in box, and process it for domestic or international shipment.
-Must be familiar with commercial invoices and familiar with international shipments.
-Must have good attention to detail and understanding of shipping process.
-Oracle or SAP would be preferable but not required
Description: Prepares documentation, maintains records, and coordinates logistics for product shipment.
Leads communications within the Shipping/Receiving area.
Schedules and Coordinates both Domestic and International freight forwarder transactions
Ensures freight forwarders are selected based on company objectives for cost and delivery Maintains Shipping records, including providing tracking or shipping history information to customers on request
Prepares Shipping paperwork as well as completes shipping transaction in appropriate systems Coordinates Returned Material Authorisation (RMA) process with Customers, including issuing RMA numbers Prepare boxes with appropriate labels for shipment as required
Provide guidance to others within the Shipping/Receiving area Communicates status of Shipping/Receiving activities to appropriate personnel
May train new hires
May be required to load and unload trucks utilizing automated lifting equipment
Required Qualifications: High school Diploma/GED or local equivalent 4 years experience in Shipping/Receiving Demonstrate ability to read, write and speak in local English
Ability to communicate well and work with others
Basic computer skills
Ability to interface with Customers and Suppliers in a business professional manner on the phone and through e-mail Ability to utilize automated lifting equipment
