One of the UK's leading service providers are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The client works with some of the UK's largest companies and have a strong reputation for progressing candidates through the business internally.
The purpose of the role is to act as a single point of contact for customers, endeavouring to resolve as many service requests at the first point of contact.
- At least 2 years previous customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and telephone manner
- Knowledge of Citrix desirable
This role will operate on a shift pattern basis as the client provide 24/7 support.
