For this client we are looking for a

Senior Sales Director - Lifesciences (DACH Area)

for a permanent position located in the Munich Area.


-Proven experience (Min. 5 years) in selling Consultancy Services for Pharma, MD and Biotech companies
-Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
-Overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing, Sales and Customer Relationship activities
-To provide market feedback and periodic reporting to the BD Director regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate opportunities
-Drive actions aimed to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth with a personal target of services sold per year
-Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions;
-Support the team in adopting a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business
-Planning and coordinating its own activities for penetrating the German market
-To work with senior managers to align sales strategies and solutions -Continuous generation of leads

Required skills:

We need an experienced sales person with proven experience in selling SERVICES not pharma products

-Customer Service
-Meeting Sales Goals
-Territory Management
-Experience in GxP/IT Consultancy Services desirable
-Communication and Presentation Skills
-Client Relationships management
-Hands-on mentality and motivation for sales
-German and English is a must have; other languages a plus


Responsible for 3 team members at the beginning but growth is desireable

Travel: 30-50% in D-A-CH and Europe
