Senior Business Analyst - Sydney CBD - Insurance - 800 - 900 day rate - 6 month contract
My client is looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to work on a large transformation project within the Insurance space.
- Facilitates workshops with stakeholders to translate functional requirements to the development team.
- Creates and maintains business requirements, functional requirements and business process flows.
- Collaborates with the Solution Designed to ensure functional specifications meet business requirements.
- Manages Business Analyst deliverables providing status updates to the Program Manager.
- Ensures traceability from the business capability model through to implementation.
- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience on programs involving complex analysis and functional designs with total budgets in the range of $5m - $10m.
- Business Content expertise in either Life Products, Claims, Investments or Finance.
- Previously lead other business and test analysts in complex technical projects.
- Excellent communication skills and adept with end-to-end project delivery methodologies.
- Experience working on integration programs in the Life Insurance or Financial Services industry.
