You will be coming into a project that has been ongoing since 2015 which has a bit of a negative legacy within the organisation so the person coming into this roll will be required to help turn that image around.
As well as this the company doesn't currently have much structure around their project and change management so you will be involved in building out this capability.
The ideal candidate:
- Senior Project Manager and Change Manager (7+ Years experience)
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to turn around the existing negative image of the project
- Experience rolling out Salesforce is ideal otherwise experience rolling out a similar CRM system.
- Experience in a PMO or building Project and Change Management capabilities is highly desirable.
- Agile experience ideally certified
- Prosci is also highly desirable.
