As a Process Analyst, you will deliver technical process documentation for retail banking products, ensuring the integrity of all documentation and applying updated process expertise. You will work closely with key business stakeholders to ensure all delivered processes are repeatable, measureable and achievable, as well as aligned to organisational goals. You will apply business process mapping techniques to develop process diagrams, and ensure process governance across the organisation.
What you can bring to this role
- Prior experience as a Process Analyst, writing and mapping out new processes
- Demonstrable experience in process mapping, process evaluation and development
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
- Experience working within banking or financial services, ideally within the digital or customer experience sectors.
