My client, a commercial organisation, based in Melbourne are recruiting for a Portfolio Co-ordinator for an initial period of 6 months.
- Previous experience or understanding with a Portfolio Management Tool, preferably Plan view.
- Training staff on the use of Planview
- On and off boarding of Project Managers to and from the practice
- Confident with arranging meetings with senior stakeholders
- Advanced understanding of Excel
- Business Intelligence exposure desirable, not essential
- Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Used to working in a large environment, with an adaptable attitude
