For the Viral Vaccines department, Progressive is currently seeking a Biomarker scientific writer


The viral vaccine department is currently undertaking the licensure for an Ebola vaccine. The Biomarker lead supports the writing of Clinical immunogenicity data summaries which are pivotal for successful licensure, and scientific manuscripts. To ensure that the tasks of the biomarker lead are delivered on time and in full, we seek support of a scientific writer.

Job Description:

Under the supervision of the Biomarker lead, the Biomarker scientific writer is asked to draft summaries of clinical immunogenicity data, draft and review scientific manuscripts and prepare presentations of the data.


Education: minimal BSc/Msc in (medical) biology or medicine on a research topic in Immunology. PhD level preferred.

Specific Knowledge:

Excellent writing skills in the English language Excellent knowledge and great affinity for immunology, data analysis and writing for diverse reading audiences.


1-2 years of experience working in an academic or biotechnology/pharmaceutical environment is preferred.
