IT Technical Support engineer

Project overview

[One of our client well-known internationally is looking for an IT Technical Support engineer to work closely with a second person on 2nd line support of incidents and problems]

Responsibilities:

  • Reception of tickets (tool: Service Now)

  • Follow the ITIL methodology

  • Analysis of the incidents and problems tickets

  • Ensure a technical 1st line & 2nd line support

  • Troubleshooting software and hardware

  • Escalate to 3rd line in UK if needed

  • Provide trainings to users over new technologies

Required skills for this IT Technical Support engineer:

  • minimum 2 years' work experience as IT Support
  • Experience with AD, O365
  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools, network protocols
  • Good English/Dutch communication skills
  • ITIL Methodology
