For a key clients of ours we are urgently looking for a Help-Desk-Support specialist, first line.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to user issues
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support (e.g. in LXS departments or with external suppliers)
  • Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
  • Update user data
  • Walk users through problem solving process in workplace area
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
  • Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
  • Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
  • Support implementation of service management processes with TopDesk Requirements
  • Proven working experience in providing help desk support
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch
  • Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Technical skills in Microsoft (AD, Server, Office, Sharepoint, etc,) / IBM (Lotus Notes, Sametime)

Education

  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent

Location: Limburg (NL)
Druation: 7 months with possibility to extend.
Hourly rate: Competitive / Payroll solution is possible.
