HR and Admin Officer - RAK
My client are seeking an experienced and well versed HR & Admin Officer to be site based in Ras Al Khaimah.
The role will be a stand alone role reporting into the senior management team and will have the responsibility to lead & develop a small team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintain & develop HR policies & procedures and maintaining personnel records.
- Liaising with external partners for insurance & legal
- Answering employee enquiries to HR-related issues
- Arranging travel, accommodation, visa processes for employees
- Office management and administration
- 6+ years experience in HR and Admin
- Ability to lead HR and admin teams
- Experience of UAE visa requirements
- An ability to multi task, demonstrate initiative and problem solve.
- Strong English communication skills are essential
- Oil/Gas or Manufacturing experience
- BSc in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Candidates MUST already be based in the UAE - ideally, already based in RAK or very close to RAK.
