For one of our Key Clients we are urgently looking for a HR Program Manager.
We are looking for somebody who is experienced in Organization Design, Change Management and/or Business Transformation.
- Defining a change management and communication approach and executing on activities to drive the change/new way of working
- Creating communication materials, management presentations
- Working with a junior resource to define and implement new meeting cadences/agendas, standard tools and templates, KPIs, RACI matrix related to the new way of working.
- Also developing Use Cases to clarify roles, responsibilities and hand-offs within and across teams
- Identifying learning and development opportunities to support team members in adopting new ways of working
The candidate needs to have:
- Organization Design and Change Management or Business Transformation experience
- Experience designing and executing change management and communication plans
- Ability to manage and drive own workload
- Ability to guide more junior resource's activities
Duration: 2, 5 months, 32 hours per week
