HR Administrator

A leading global recruitment company in Glasgow are seeking an HR Administrator to join their HR Team. If you can demonstrate experience in a shared service environment using SAP and Microsoft Office, then you could be the HR Administrator we're looking for.

What will you be doing?

This is a varied role - along with your colleagues in the HR Operations Team at peak times you will be the main point of contact for the business to process all changes during the Employee life cycle; from on-boarding, promotions, transfers, flexible working, parental leave and leavers. You will work closely HRIS and the HR Business Partners to deliver an efficient and customer focused service. Additionally you will be supporting our HR in the business team with HR administration activities plus reporting requirements ensuring all employee files are accurate and up to date with all relevant documentation.

What skills/experience should you have?

Experience in working in similar role in a fast paced HR department

Willingness to learn and assist

Great verbal and written communication skills

Conscientious and detail orientated with a can do attitude

Helpful, friendly approach with the ability to build strong relationships.

Ability to adapt and work in an ever changing environment

Able to work and stay clam under pressure and work to deadlines and agreed service levels

Able to demonstrate strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to plan and prioritise own workload.

Previous experience in a shared services operations is desirable
