HR & Admin Manager - Contracting/Civil Engineering - Abu Dhabi
Looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager, who has a proven track record in managing & running the entire HR & Admin department for a contracting engineering company (civil or electro-mechanical contracting firm) in the UAE.
Candidates must have:
- 10+ years experience in HR & Admin
- Experience must be in a contracting (civil or electro-mechanical) firm in the UAE
- HR systems experience (SAP or Oracle experience)
- Ability to streamline and generate business cost-savings through HR & Admin
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws
- Recruitment experience/expertise
- Willingness to frequently travel to site and labour camp accommodations
- Admin management experience - ability and track record of managing large scale transportation and site accommodation facilities & operations
- Proven team leadership skills
- Arabic language & fluency is essential
- Degree educated in Business or HR, or similar
Candidates must already be based in the UAE to be considered for this role.
5 day working week (Sunday to Thursday)
Abu Dhabi based
Estimated package: AED 30-33K per month total all in package + Family Medical Insurance + Annual Bonus (subjected to performance, management approval and discretion)
