HR & Admin Manager - Construction (Contracting) - Abu Dhabi
5 day working week, Abu Dhabi office based with site travel expected
Looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager with an experienced background in contracting companies (construction) here in the UAE.
- Already be based inside the UAE
- 10+ years experience in HR & Admin
- Expertise in Recruitment including blue collar recruitment campaigns and mobilisation
- Knowledge of the UAE labor laws
- Experience managing HR & Admin for companies with more than 1,000 employees
- Experience managing labour camps and transportation, fleet of cars, medical insurance policies
- Arabic language skills
- Construction contracting background and experience
- Degree educated
Estimated remuneration: AED 28-32K per month all inclusive + Family Medical insurance only
