Digital Product Owner/Digital Specialist/Applications Specialist/Applications Analyst Office 365 Collabration team - MS Sharepoint, MS Flows, MS PowerApps (Office 365) - Government organisation - London - 3 months with chance of extension - 450 per day

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a major Government department for an experienced Digital Product Owner/Digital Specialist to work within the Digital Collabration team including Office 365 Groups, OneDrive for Business, Yammer, Power BI, Video, Sway, Planner and particularly SharePoint Online, MS Flow and MS PowerApps. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the provisioning, administration and support of these tools to provide an excellent service to all users.
Analyses, designs and configures new collaboration solutions, using the most appropriate collaboration product(s) to meet users needs, following the appropriate Governance processes.
3rd line support for collaboration tools. Receives and logs requests for support from service desk, other service delivery staff and/or users. Prioritises requests in accordance with agreed criteria and promptly allocates unresolved calls as appropriate.
Investigates and resolves requests for support by means of, for example: making global platform configuration modifications, developing work-around enhancements, changing operating procedures, providing guidance through explanation and documentation, or escalating requests to other Technology staff or suppliers.
Ensures all work is carried out and documented in accordance with required standards, methods and procedures; and ensures that documentation is available and accessible to all who need to use it.
Key Skill Set Required:
Proven experience in configuring and operating the Office 365 collaboration suite, primarily SharePoint Online, InfoPath, MS Flow and MS PowerApps.
Proven experience of creating digital forms enabled by workflow solutions.
Knowledge and understanding of Microsofts Office 365 release methodology and published roadmap.
Ability to analyse requirements and business processes and then apply findings to the design of solutions.
Experience of training end users on the use of SharePoint and other Office 365 products.
Understanding and experience of:
Digital signing solutions (confirming identity in digital forms context)
