The Data Scientist will be comfortable preparing big data infrastructure to be analysed by Data Scientists.
The ideal Data Scientist will design, build and integrate data from various resources, and manages big data.
The Data Scientist will be experienced with running some ETL on top of big datasets and create big data warehouses that can be used for reporting or analysis by data scientists.
An important part of this project, the Data Scientist wil need to have experience in Credit Risk Management or of a related field of work, as this is a big part of the everyday duties. Some everyday duties would be:
-design and development of scorecards and models across the credit risk life cycle.
-review and update porfolio risk monitoring models and assist in the reporting of the portfolio risk.
-development and monitoring of credit scoring, risk segmentation, predictive models and other modelling techniques to enhance credit decision making as well as optimise acquisition, collections and recovery activties.

- Credit Risk Management (min. 2+ years experience)
- SAS or R
- 2+ Years Data Analyst/Scientist exposure
- SQL Skills
- Research based minsdet
- Educated to a degree level in data science/quantitative disciplines such as statistics, fiance, engineering, mathimatics etc.
- The ideal Data Scientist will have a clear route of progression from the start and will be a key decision maker for the company.
