- Lead implementation of the Food Safety Modernization Act across designated plants to ensure compliance.
- Implement and ensure conformance to corporate quality assurance programs to prevent food quality or food safety issues at manufacturing facilities and offsite storage facilities.
- Monitor finished product quality, compositional results to ensure conformance to Dean Specifications are maintained.
- Assure that all plants are audit- and inspection- ready at all times.
- Identify and lead Process Improvement initiatives within the assigned region.
- Develop and document a complete HACCP plan for each plant in the assigned region.
- Develop and document a complete QACCP plan for each plant in the assigned region
- Develop and maintain a specific QA/QC SOP manual for each plant in the assigned region.
