Corporate Loans Administration


My Client is a large global financial institution requiring an Analyst to join their Sydney based office to assist the Manager and Supervisors to manage the work flow and completion of all Corporate Loans Administration operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily actioning of instructions for loan draw down, rollovers and repayments
  • Preparation of dockets for inputs
  • Advance preparation of loan settlement entries for future dated loans
  • Signature verification on all loans
  • Weekly reporting
  • Data maintenance and entry
  • Invoicing
  • Liaisoning with various Account Managers and bank customers
  • Monthly account reports

About you:

  • You will be an effective and professional communicator who is driven by results
  • Have similar experience and balance risk with opportunity
  • Have a global approach
  • Think strategically
  • You will have 1-3 years of Operations experience within a banking or finance role
  • Some form of tertiary qualifications in a related field would be highly desirable
