One of my clients based in Sydney CBD are looking for a Change Manager for an initial 6 month contract to help them on large SAP Success Factors project.
The project is going to be focused around the areas of Onboarding, Recruitment and Employee Central.
The environment you will be going into is one that is ever changing and quite ambiguous with a lot of projects running simultaneously with limited governance so they're looking for someone who is comfortable and can thrive in these environments.
The ideal candidate:
- 5+ Years Change Management
- Previous experience on Success Factors would be highly desirable alternatively experience on HRIS (Kronos, Workday, Chris21 etc)
- Excellent communication skills
- Prosci would be desirable but not essential
Ideally the candidate would be able to start before Christmas but they are open to someone to start in early Jan.
