One of my large financial services clients are looking for a Change and Release Manager to work across one of their large transformation programs.
The role will be focused on the change management across a number of systems and applications.
The role will involved understanding the systems and applications and the impact they currently have on the organisation and then communicating the changes that will occur to the wider business.
The ideal candidate:
- 5+ years experience in Change Management
- Experience on large system and application based transformation programs.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Financial services experience is highly desirable
- Prosci is highly desirable
