Change Manager

Location: Sydney CBD, New South Wales Salary: competitive
Sector: IT Type: contract

Change Manager for one of my large Sydney CBD based clients for an initial 6 month contract that is likely to extend long term.

This role will be part of a growing Change Management function within the organisation and this candidate will work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation from senior stakeholders to end users.

Despite being involved in some aspects of the strategic change management this role will require someone who has been and is comfortable with being hands on within delivering change.

The ideal candidate:

  • 7+ Years hands on Change Management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Someone who is comfortable in operating a political environment and can get challenging stakeholders on board
  • Ability to identify and profile change impacts, and design, create and implement appropriate fit for purpose tactical and transitionary changes to effectively overcome these impacts.
