Change Management Facilitator

Change Management, Program Manager / Assoc. Program Manager

We are looking for the right staff to join an enthusiastic team of Change professionals, who's focus is to support the move through the GBE change, support continuous improvement efforts, build buy in and commitment to that change whilst at the same time developing an enduring longer term capability, as we continue to move forward in an ever changing environment.

Key Accountabilities:

* Working alongside the Change Management Lead Program Manager, Support the development, integration and delivery of change initiatives as part of the GBE program, outlined within the CMO toolkit

* Serves as an member of the CMO, participating in the development and execution of change activities either centrally or locally within the Work Stream

* Identifies change management and project issues as they arise, prepares recommendations/ change interventions to address the issue in a timely manner and implement as directed

* Participate in the administration of a change management evaluation methodology for the assigned initiative

* Assist in the development and design of various change strategies across Training, Engagement, Communications, Business Readiness, Development, Sustainment, Post Go Live Support etc

* Develop communications and engagement activities in line with GBE Engagement strategy to establish clear consistent messaging for the GBE program

* Coordinate with CMO to understand and support relevant execution of Work stream level activities

* Coordinate with CMO to create Work Stream alignment with CMO plan

Capability Requirements:

* Understanding & knowledge of effectively managing organizational change

* Knowledge of the practices of effective Project Management

* Effective collaboration and partnership capabilities

* Ability to align the outputs from reviews with change management strategies

* Good organizational skills and an ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines

* Good Oral and written communication skills

* Proven experience of managing risks and issues across projects , Programs

* Good influencing skills

* Results driven yet self-aware

* Team collaboration skills

* Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel

* Working knowledge of MS Project an asset Knowledge & Experience Requirements:

* Understanding of the Gas Utility business

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working knowledge, in Organizational development, Training & Development, Human Resources, Leadership or other related area

* Hands on experience in Project Management, Certification a plus

* Experience of designing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies

* Experience in leading or supporting the overall change management effort across the Program agenda engagement change efforts
