I am recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a leading Solar EPC Contracting company. This is a 1 year extendable contract.
Location of posting : Asthana - Kazakhstan (also to take care of Uzbekistan market and other CIS countries)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be updated on market trends, dynamics and develop business strategies as per discussions with the reporting manager.
- Map and approach prospective customers actively pursuing opportunities in the relevant geographies.
- Implement strategies to achieve sales objectives.
- Drive end to end BD activities - generation of enquiries, submission of bids / offers, techno commercial discussions, financial negotiations and signing the contract / facilitating signing of contract.
- Work with vendors, supplier and various stake holders / teams to ensure customers' needs are met.
- Possess / develop knowledge about taxation structure, permits & clearances, certifications and procedures required in the designated markets / geographies.
- Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Post graduate in Management (Sales / Marketing / Business Development)
Experience : 8 to 10 years - experience of PV solar sales / BD is a must. Other requirements:
- Candidate should be able to communicate in Russian, Kazakh and English languages.
- Candidate should be willing to travel extensively.
