Business Analyst

About the role

As a Business Analyst, you will take responsibility for the end to end delivery of a range of business facing and technical projects. You will engage with stakeholders to elicit requirements, providing process analysis and design, facilitating workshops and proactively identify deliverable risks and issues. You will interface with testing teams, programme and programme managers in addition to change and communication streams to identify impacts across the business and achieve project objectives in accordance with agreed milestones.

What you can bring to this role

  • Demonstrable experience in Business Analysis and Process Improvement
  • Ability to work on cross-functional business improvement initiatives
  • Experience working within an agile environment and working knowledge of agile methodology
  • Tertiary education and ideally Business Analysis certified
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
