A Global Oil & Gas company based in Aberdeen are looking for a Business Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to support the business and management team's commercial strategy of commercialising their innovative technology
- Provide administrative support through the raising of purchase orders, sales invoices and generating bills from supplier invoices
- Support the Operations team by preparing documents
- Build and maintain company training records
- Relevant experience in an Administrator role
- Experience raising invoices (Ideally using Xero system but not mandatory)
- Professional manner and strong work ethic
