A Global Tech company who specialise in the development on cloud-based marketing solutions are looking for a Level 2 Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
The purpose of the role is to gain a strong understanding of the companies product portfolio and resolve any technical issues before escalation to the software development team.
- Analyse technical issues and resolve any technical issues, escalate to product development team where necessary
- Escalate and manage the life-cycle of tickets
- Work closely with Level 1 Engineers to deliver fast and effective resolution of cases
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a related support role
- Degree educated in a relevant IT related discipline
