3rd Line Support Engineer

A leading service provider in Manchester are looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their team. If you have experience working in a 2nd or 3rd line technical support role and can deliver great customer service, then you could be the Engineer we're been looking for.

What will you be doing?

As a Systems Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd line support to Electronic Monitoring IT Systems. You'll have the ability to provide support on the upgrade of programs ensuring that project delivery meets set deadlines.

What skills/experience should you have?

  • Experience working in a 2nd or 3rd line technical support role

Experience configuring and supporting the following:

  • MS Windows Server 2000/2003/2008/2012
  • MS Active Directory
  • MS Windows 7 & 10
  • VMWare ESX 5.5 and later
  • Citrix XenApp 5 & 6.5
  • Good understanding of data networking, LAN/WAN & TCP/IP environment (desirable)
