This position is for a HCM resource with knowledge of SuccessFactors integration. Key Requirements: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM Modules . Strong experience in SAP Payroll. Experience in converting Functional Designs to Technical Designs. Experience in development ABAP Objects on SAP ECC HANA systems. Experience on SuccessFactors Modules Integration with SAP ECC using SAP CPI. Object Oriented ABAP and through knowledge of OO concepts. Strong in Interfacing techniques like RFC and BAPI, XI Proxy , IDOCS. Enhancements : Implicit/Explicit, BADI, User -Exits, Info type Enhancement etc. Technical Development(Program and Interfaces) using HR LDB. Knowledge on Succession Planning and Compensation is a Plus Experience in HR Support Packs & Application of OSS Notes .

Description Work with Functional and Technical Developers to support and implement LyondellBasell's global processes primarily using standard SAP solutions as well as other external interfaces supporting business process. The primary responsibility of this technical position is to coordinate and perform requirements analysis, process design, development and maintenance of SAP WRICEF objects in various business process areas to create value through productivity gains, improved business performance and improved decision support. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * In depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules and responsible for consulting with other SAP team members for fulfilling business requirements. * Responsibility for integration between SAP SuccessFactors modules and other Human Resources Management Systems i.e., SAP HCM (via SAP Cloud Platform Integration, OData) and the integration of individual SuccessFactors modules within each other (e.g. Employee Central and Recruiting, PMGM, Compensation modules etc.,). * Responsible for the implementation of technical changes for the agreed upon solution. This includes gathering requirements for integration; managing and reviewing technical specifications to completion; testing interfaces with recipients - unit test and end to end integrations. * Responsible for following and ensuring of the execution of all appropriate documentation, testing, technical design, quality assurance and management of change requirements. Ensures process and procedures for SAP integration activities are documented and stored centrally. * Responsible for taking an active role in delivering solutions with minimal supervision and for other reasonable tasks as given by supervisor or manager. * Coordination and delivery of integration projects to improve the implementation of new systems and processes across the SAP/SuccessFactors environment. * Responsible for ensuring integration activities and impacts on users are communicated in effective and timely manner to all impacted parties. * Responsible for tracking of all integration/system set-up issues and resolving support incidents. KEY COMEPENTENCIES: * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, interpersonal relationship skills. * Ability to demonstrate solid data analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to develop interfaces between SuccessFactors and various vendor systems like ADP, Fieldglass, Concur, Benefits vendors etc., using SAP CPI integration. * Ability to develop custom BADI's for SuccessFactors Employee Central data replication to SAP HCM system. * Can define landscape architecture for SAP HR and SuccessFactors implementations. * Strong knowledge and experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and Success Factors. * Ability to relate technical ideas and functionality to non-technical user. * Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. * Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. * Ability to interact effectively with all people. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM Modules. * Strong understanding on Personal Administration, Org management ,Time & Payroll. * Experience in converting Functional Designs to Technical Designs. * Experience in development ABAP Objects on SAP ECC HANA systems. * Experience on SuccessFactors Modules Integration with SAP and 3rd using SAP CPI. * Object Oriented ABAP and through knowledge of OO concepts. * Good knowledge of SuccessFactors' product-suite, integration points, and best practices. * Experience in integration between SuccessFactors, and SAP HCM on premise, and other 3rd party systems i.e. time and attendance, benefits providers. * Strong in Interfacing techniques like RFC and BAPI, XI Proxy, IDOCS. * Experience in Enhancements: Implicit/Explicit, BADI, User -Exits, Info type Enhancement etc. * Technical Development (Program and Interfaces) using HR LDB. * Understanding of SAP Enterprise Portals ESS/MSS related areas. * Knowledge on S/4 HANA & Fiori is a plus. * Excellent understanding on Message mapping techniques like XSLT Mapping, XML mapping etc., * Hands on experience on writing Groovy Scripts or Java Scripts on HCI/CPI. * Hands on experience configuring SF Adapter, SFTP and SOAP adapter to exchange messages between sender and receiver. * Working with geographically dispersed clients and resources. Mandatory early or late hours sometimes are required for meetings with European and Asian personnel. * Availability to work mandatory overtime. QUALIFICATION PREFERENCES: * 5+ years of SAP experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Integration Architect with cross-module experience including understanding of integration points across SuccessFactors modules (BizX), Integration Center, SAP On-Premise (HCM), and Middleware (PI, PO, CPI, Dell Boomi, BiB etc.). * 3 - 5 SAP SuccessFactors projects implementation experience. * Working experience on integration with Microsoft Active Directory (Standard Content) integration of user creation/termination is a big plus. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Self-motivating and be able to plan Technical team work.
