(Junior) International Brand Manager (m/w/d)

The Client is a multinational Pharmaceutical Company within the field of Orphan Drugs.

Job Objectives

  • Planning of annual and mid-term sales goals
  • Support of the company sales goals
  • Develop Brand planning
  • Develop the marketing strategy for the EU-DACH Region

Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree in natural sciences or economics with focus on marketing
  • Several years of sales or marketing experience in pharma (expected 2-3 years)
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies and their successful implementation
  • Understanding of Pharma international business in retail and hospital segment (Rare disease)
  • Proven personal initiative and creativity in communication and presentation capability
  • Strong organizational and social competence combined with interdisciplinary team spirit
  • Fluent written and spoken English competence additional language French or Italian desirable
  • Experience with software solutions for office and communication

Responsibilities

  • Marketing management of assigned Products in EU 5 for target groups in respective Pharma segments
  • Drive the CNS EU Competence Center and guide other EU countries
  • Budget planning of Product(s) during pre-marketing and marketing period
  • Continuous development of marketing strategies and adaptation whenever necessary
  • Development and implementation of target group analysis and positioning concepts for assigned Products
  • Continuous analysis of strategies and activities of competitors
  • Development and implementation of Communication Strategies including presence at medical congresses
  • Cooperation with interdisciplinary departments
  • Support KAM's
  • Marketing training of sales team
  • Support the Business Development Activities
  • Continuous contact to Key Opinion Leader
  • Represent the GM IBD and GM Sales & Marketing during absence
