This is for our client in the engineering industry.
- Serve technical assistance over the phone, email, or assigned ticket
- Perform remote troubleshooting via remote access tools
- Assist customers with installation of new software packages, based on licensing requirements
- Identify and document resolution steps, for reoccurring issues, in knowledgebase
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year related experience
- A+ certification preferred
