For a key clients of ours we are urgently looking for a Help-Desk-Support specialist, first line.
- Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to user issues
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support (e.g. in LXS departments or with external suppliers)
- Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
- Update user data
- Walk users through problem solving process in workplace area
- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
- Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
- Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
- Support implementation of service management processes with TopDesk Requirements
- Proven working experience in providing help desk support
- Proficiency in English and Dutch
- Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation
- Technical skills in Microsoft (AD, Server, Office, Sharepoint, etc,) / IBM (Lotus Notes, Sametime)
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
Location: Limburg (NL)
Druation: 7 months with possibility to extend.
Hourly rate: Competitive / Payroll solution is possible.
