About This Event
The 2020 U.S. Energy and Employment Report (USEER) found that there were over 6.8 million people employed in the traditional energy and energy efficiency sectors, including 897,000 employees across Electric Power Generation and 1.4 million people across Transmission, Distribution, and Storage. Further, the report found that employment in these sectors has grown year over year since 2016.
Given the incredibly large number of people that these sectors employ, health and safety is a larger priority than ever before.
In this virtual event, we were joined by EHS experts from across the industry to discuss the myriad of challenges that companies in the sector face, the solutions that are being created and put in place, and how, through continuous improvement, we can ensure that safety excellence is achieved throughout the sector.
