Wind Quality Inspector (Technician ) (PR-34175876)

Inspector will be conducting on-site Quality inspection against the requirements of the preventive maintenance process. This sample set might be increased.
Pre-inspection review of Service Inspection Checklists maintenance crews use.
Post Inspection-Feedback session with the EDPR maintenance crews and coaching with the site manager. Senior management review of the site visits
Feedback on tech. skill set and recommendations on further learning and development opportunities for the site teams.
Provide recommendations and buildout Generation Quality KPIs for Wind Ops. Conduct correlation analysis between service quality and revenue generation/technical availability for the selected sites.
Review and discussion (w/Quality, Wind Operations and Performance Management) on key turbine performance metrics (focused on the present-day data - return visits, faults, downtime etc.) that can be improved through the execution of the updated service quality program.
Support EDPR NA Operations Quality in building/conducting workshops for training internal Quality assessors in the field with the goal of building consistency in their quality deliverables.
