• Ability to trace forecasts to actual outcomes

• Seeking proactive cost-saving approaches through analysis
• A preference for candidates who go beyond mere reporting
• Forecasting and Forecast Accuracy
• Inquiring about the candidate's forecast process components (UBLs, material, overheads, PM info, etc.)
