Position: Project Coordinator (REMOTE)
The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the relationships with the Client and Vendor on projects they are assigned to. The Project Coordinator serves as the interface between the client, project management and other department as dictated by the needs of specific projects to which they are assigned. Travelling not expected to exceed 20% of working hours.
Duties:
- Assists in development projects to include planning, coordinating, organizing, and scheduling
- Coordinate project resources, equipment, and information to project engineering team
- Supports project engineering in preparing project time frames, schedule, and budget
- Working with and assist engineering in developing layouts and technical proposals, developing, and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors
Experience Required:
- Experience in solar/PV projects
- Ability to prioritize multiple and simultaneous projects, issues, and activities
- Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills and implementation and facilitation
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project, and various other construction management tools
- Willingness to travel as required
- Equivalent work experience preferred
