Field Consrtuction Engineer- Civil or Mechanical (PR-34133173)
Experience providing Pre-Construction Support:
- Evaluate project design and engineering documents, handling their organization and distribution to necessary parties
- Perform project specific tasks in preparation of Pre-Mobiliation Kickoff Meetings
- Assist in drafting purchase authorizations
Leading all aspect necessary for construction Support
- Manage the quality assurance and quality control process as delineated in the project quality plan
- Coordinate prep meetings, initial inspections, follow-up inspections, and punch list final inspections
- Handle Civil & Mechanical, "electrical, and plumbing" coordination drawings, shop and as-built drawings
- Coordinate creation of lift and formwork drawings
Administering Closeout Processes
- Compile turnover documentation for specific projects deliverables and transfer to customer per the project specific quality plan
- Assist Project Engineer and Project Manager with getting contract documents closed out with subcontractors and suppliers
- Support the final inspections and punch list process with the customer for specific responsibilities
Other Duties as assigned, including:
- Participation in project safety audits
- Scheduling
Required:
- CE or ME degree from an accredited institution
5+ years of solar civil / mechanical experience required
Strong organization and communication skills
Software Familiarity: AutoCAD and MS Office required; design software a plus
Demonstrate a practical and functional knowledge of municipal codes
Must be able to access and navigate job sites and construction areas
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, reports

Our client has provided a pay range representing its good faith estimate of what it reasonably expects to pay for the position. The pay offered to the selected candidate will be based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.
Salary: 100000 - 105000
