What will you do?
As a Supply Chain Administrator, you are responsible for coordinating and preparing the artwork files of new and existing packaging components for the entire product portfolio of Teva Pharmachemie Operations.
You work closely with colleagues from the Planning, Customer Service, Packaging, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance departments as well as customers who are located in over 60 countries. Furthermore, you maintain contact with print suppliers.
In addition to these activities, there is room to take on other tasks within the department; for example, supporting the planning team or providing support to Customer Service.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Manage and coordinate changes to the layouts of labels, boxes and leaflets
- Check if print proofs are in line with technical specification
- Owner of the artwork planning, ensuring the right priorities are set so that new implementations and changes are implemented on time
- Take care of correct article and component data in the respective systems (BPCS and PIW), including maintenance of master packaging records
- Handle all the administration related to new and existing packaging components
Who are you?
You have preferably a BSc degree in Supply chain / Logistics and/or APICS CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management). As this is a highly administrative role, you are organized, accurate, and have a strong eye for detail. You are reliable, eager to learn, and willing to support colleagues within the team if needed.
Fluency in Dutch and English will be an advantage.
On top of all of this you are a solid and flexible team player with strong organizational and communicational skills and have the ability to work in a fast-changing working environment and with tight deadlines.
