Digital Content Project Manager
It will be your mission to make sure everyone is behind the content, required adjustments are made, and timely consensus is reached.
As part of our brilliant team, you will be part of the Content Team, and work closely with the Product Owner (PO), Automation specialists for e-mail/.com, Translations team, and both local and regional stakeholders.
You will be the main point of contact for all necessary legal and stakeholder approvals during the localization of the content. Additionally, you will be responsible for requesting translations and validating with all EU/APAC markets the final content delivery, before publishing according to deadlines.
You will also brief the data teams on the required data to understand customer behavior, in order to make the right interpretation of the data to identify improvements to the current content. This is a highly complex project that has dependencies with over 10 teams across the company within different regions and many countries across the globe.

Role and responsibilities
- Assist the Product Owner in the content review sessions with the central teams to release the final English master content to be pushed in a production cycle
- Be the main point of contact for migration content after master copy has been created
- Create realistic planning agreed by all stakeholders as best possible
- Socialize and secure buy-in approved content
- Track progress and report on status
- Create and provide transparency to risks and mitigation plans where required
- Run recurring cross-functional team meetings with key stakeholders and track decisions
- Manage the legal approvals and accommodate necessary changes in the translation of the assets according to the deadlines
- Analyze research and data insights to improve content. Provide insights and recommendations based on these insights
- Continuously improve content based on feedback received
What you bring to
- Proven project and stakeholder management skills, including managing different expectations and time pressure to get maximum value and participation from approvers/stakeholders in markets
- Strong communication skills
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Organizational skills: you will need to maintain and update the content journey map with all assets, so you are able to retrieve necessary information on time for assessment
- A self-starter with positive energy
- Good problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working for an international company that utilizes various operational models
- You will need familiarity with copywriting procedures/standards and briefing
- Experience in Agile approach: tickets/workflow monitoring in tools such as JIRA, prioritization, planning,…
- Able to work with research and data based on dashboard, research results and data analytics
- Smartling (or any similar translations system) knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in English
