Our working method
During the intake meeting, we conduct a 'cultural assessment', which enables us to identify your individual needs and wishes and ensure you of a tailor-made solution.
We start with a careful analysis of the competition, the market and the target group. Thanks to this competition and target group analysis, and the "market mapping" process, we work in a targeted and efficient manner.
During the initial selection, we look at the experience and knowledge level of the candidate and, of course, we take the company culture into account.
Screening and assessment
We proactively carry out competency-based screenings and if you want to have assessments done, this process can be outsourced to us.

With over 10 years of recruitment consulting experience in mediating managers & directors, Laurianne Sala is an experienced manager who can quickly - and more importantly - properly match the right leader to a company. In her career at Progressive, she has already achieved more than 100 mediations in the senior segment.
Laurianne holds an MSc in Tax Law from the University of Amsterdam and an MSc in Notarial Law from the University of Utrecht. When not at work, she enjoys kite surfing and spending time with friends and her family.
For more than 5 years, Berry Kramer has distinguished himself by his personal and goal-oriented approach and the mediation of IT leaders within several industries. He is skilled in assessing whether your ambitions as a leader fit the objectives and culture of these organisations.
Berry provides optimal support for IT Managers & Directors during the application procedure but especially ensures that the match is the right one for both parties.
