Strategy & Commercial Operations Specialist (PR-34093035)
Strategy & Commercial Operations works to manage day-to-day sales administration and operations. Coordinates sales activities, forecasts, actuals to develop a holistic view of the strategy and initiatives. Requires experience in sales and/or sales support functions. Collaborates with multiple stakeholders within country, including sales, marketing, support functions and finance, as well as with regional stakeholders.
Target Setting/Country Provision
Support country on the yearly setting up of the following year's Sales Target Setting with the respective Business Units based on the bottoms-up approach.
Consolidate all provision activities from all channels/pipes.
Country Provision Report/ Rebates Automation
Monthly provision report submission to Finance.
Channel Reporting/Reporting Analysis
YTD Sell Thru Report for Business Development
of POS Report Update - Electrical (QBR) for Business Development
Sell Thru and Inventory Report
Analyze and design reports (by Products by Channel by Region) from time to time and communicate these results to respective BVPs/Channel Managers and provide suggestions based on report findings.
Commercial Policy/ Distributors Yearly Agreement
Oversee all the commercial polices prepared by Channel team
Liaise with Business Development on new template from Legal
Review/Oversee all promo letter before blasting out to customers.
Ensure approval in place and use the correct template.
Sell-thru System Administration
Oversee the entire sell thru system and ensure data accuracy.
Backend Rebate Payout
Prepare and monitor all backend rebate payout for all Sell In and Sell Thru promo (end to end process).
Involve in planning and supporting distributor programs
What qualifications will make you successful?
Minimum 3 years of working experience.
Experience in sell-in and sell-out management.
Experience in report management and number crunching.
Experience in sales planning role is an added advantage.
Possess analytical skills, is a fast learner and adaptable, and able to multitask.
Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
Proficiency in both Japanese and English is a must.
Bachelor's degree - preferably in Business Administration / Marketing.
