We are looking for an experienced Project Tender Manager to make winning proposals for bidding projects such as C&SP projects in Japan.

We are looking for people with the right mix of talent and agile - with proven self-leadership skills, strong analytical, communication skills, and individuals with the ability to work in a team setting are strongly encouraged to apply.

What will you do?

Responsible for the bidding process regarding proposals of service solutions for C&SP and others including digital solutions
Support Field Service Sales during the bidding phase by answering request for quotation for medium and high complexity project
Maintain open communication with customers and the sales team to produce winning proposals that meet the project's requirements of a project
Review and interpret service specifications and customer requirements
Collaborate with GFS tender team in region for solution strategy and client specific requirements such as bill of material, solution descriptions, and assumptions/exclusions
Collaborate with Sales and Opportunity Leader for costing strategy, client specific Price Summary structure and Terms and Conditions requirements
Understand process and tool to make winning proposals
Continuously undertake initiatives to improve work productivity & efficiency
Improve time to quote

Who would be successful?

Bachelor's degree
Knowledge in projects deals of C&SP
Knowledge in service solution
Knowledge in CAPEX/OPEX in projects & services
Passionate and understanding towards key current and emerging technologies, third party solutions and packaged software applications of importance to the global markets
Pursues business objectives with a bias for action and getting things done
Practical and quick in sizing up situations
Both English & Japanese
