We are looking for an experienced Sales representative to develop solutions for Industrial Automation which support Industrial customers business with Digitalization.
We are looking for people with the right mix of talent and agile - with proven self-leadership skills, strong analytical, communication skills, and individuals with the ability to work in a team setting are strongly encouraged to apply.
What will you do?
Identify & develop allocated accounts and area for Industry
Animate sales business plans & strategies
Solution Approach with not only components but also solutions (IoT, cloud ,software, network, HMI, IPC etc)
Create Partner Ecosystem to accelerate existing/new business
Working closely with stakeholders such as Engineers, Marketing and execution team to attack in region and Partners to win deals and to build relationships with customers
Reporting to Sales Block Manager and Area senior Manager
Who would be successful?
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
5+ years' sales/BD experience and outstanding contribution
Agile with trial and error
Demonstrates leadership ability
Nice to have DX approach for Industry
Prefer to have experiences for sales for new business or software business
Strong communication skills both oral and written in Japanese (JLPT N1). English would be advantageous.

Proficient computer skills with Microsoft office applications
Work cross-functionally and manage day to day activities
