Confirmation of ordered products, preparation of quotations, delivery date management, etc. by telephone, fax, email, etc. from customers in Japan and ASEAN region
Business and management to respond to inquiries regarding.
・ Telephone support from customers / sales
・ Ordering work, delivery date management
・ Preparation of delivery note and quotation
・ Collaboration with in-house production planning department / logistics department and other related departments
・ Price confirmation / price registration / acceptance follow-up
・ Sales support business (including demand and sales analysis)
・ Education: University graduate or above
・ Language: Japanese-Native language level (capable of business dialogue and document creation)
English-Intermediate / advanced level or higher (TOEIC 800 points or higher, or appropriate ability)
* There are opportunities for business dialogue, information exchange and meetings on a daily basis with overseas bases including business partners.
・ PC skills (Microsoft Office [EXCEL, Word, Power Point] required)
・ More than 3 years of work experience in the automobile and construction machinery and agricultural machinery industries
・ Persons who can actively promote projects with cooperation by involving internal related departments (brightness, liveliness, tenacity, cooperation)
・ Awareness of issues and willingness to make efforts to solve it.
・ Cnfident in negotiations and communication skills with customers
・ Positive attitude toward work and self-management ability)
・ Experience in customer service, sales assistant or sales office work in the manufacturing industry (electronic parts / industrial products)
・ Those who have experience working at a foreign-affiliated company
・ Those who can communicate in English and Chinese
・ Person who has experience of using SAP
